Ethiopian Natual Sidamo- Wonderfully floral from the Sidamo province of Ethiopia. Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and this variety will not disappoint. Light, floral with a hint of blueberry. Medium body and earthy sweetness.
Colombian Water Processed Decaf - This is decaf? Yes, but it's great depth of flavor makes it hard to believe. The caffeine is removed with water only (no chemicals). Thebeans are then roasted to deliver a nice medium bodied, low acidity cup with a great cocoa finish.
Sulawesi Torja - A jewel of a coffee from Indonesia. Expect a full bodied, mild acidity, bright and clean coffee roasted dark to bring out its natural dark chocolate flavor. Really shines when breed in a French press or Chemex and also works great as a single origin espresso.
Honduran Macala (COMSA) Fair Trade - Meet your new everyday go to coffee! Grown on an organic certified farm at high altitude, this coffee delivers a nice medium body. It delivers a crisp, sweet and excellent balanced cup with a caramel finish.
Papua New Guinea - Smooth, rich, full bodied and organic, this Papua New Guinea coffee delivers a nice, thick, low-acidity cup of coffee. The beans are roasted dark - ideal for French press brewing.
